So I noticed anytime somebody's card gets declined the first time and they attempt to process the order again even though they've paid which I can see it won't process as a order in my zencart module, so I don't get the order information. Which I then have to email or call them and find out what they ordered.
I contacted the company that does the payment module and they said it's a session issue with zencart.
However last night I noticed the same thing happened but the card was not declined at all.. I'm figuring it logged him out or something which he placed it?
Has anybody experienced anything like this? I would really love to resolve it, thanks.
Zencart version is v1.3.9h
