I assume you entered your Google Merchant login ID and password in the Google merchant center feeder configuration? What happens if you download the file to your PC and then manually upload it through your Google Merchant Center account?

Do you have the FTP information entered in the merchant center configuration in your Zen Cart admin? What happens if you try to add the file manually? NOT by FTP'ing in, but by logging in to your Google Merchant Center account and clicking "data feeds", and "manual upload".

Also, did you actually create a data feed in your Google merchant center account? You must do that first before attempting to upload the feed.

I am able to upload all 319 items in to goggle merchant center from merchant dashboard via Manual Upload feed but not able to send if from Zan Cart directly. I don’t get Login Error. I am not sure why I get connection failed after Upload started. Please Help.
