Generating Product Spread Sheet?

Grettings, I need to create a data_feed.txt file to upload to google's Webmaster tools. I have my store set up and running but I have added all the products in the past 1 by 1 with the pics and content. So can I get this information into a spreadsheet off of my admin cp is my question so I do not have to build a spread sheet from scratch is what I am getting at? It seems to me I should be able to download what I want from my store thru the cp but I just need a little help an advice.

Well google has changed things around since i have not been in there for a while. I have a sitemap installed, but in the "Google Merchant center in order to get pics listed frm the store to google I guess I have to create a data_feed.txt spreadsheet to upload all the products, info, price and pics. But I do not want to start a spread sheet and copy and paste the info for over 100 products. that will take hours. As for easy populate where is that add on. Is it with zencart or webmaster tools? Google really is starting to suck

tks for the link bud. But that sound really confussing for me on the install. I guess I will just do what i did not want to do but I think I will just start a spread sheet from scratch and work it out that way 1 item at a time. I do appricate your interest in trying to help me, but these open soruce carts are confussing for me. It's a miracle I have got my store this far.

ok, i decided to try. now i have downloaded this file, I put it in my clock_store file but it does not show up in the tools in the cp
wher i uploaded the folder is zen_admin folder. Why does it not show up in the tools? there has to be a easier solution to pull all the product data into a spreadsheet. Agora cart had a option in the cp to download a cvc file to get this information. see u all in the morning. its bedtime for me. If i cannot get this to work i will just have to build a spread sheet from scratch and enter each product.
