I don't know the cons of removing the seo.
You need to do some research into how to setup URL re-directs so you don't harm any rankings your site may have had by turning off the SEO..

SERIOUSLY.. this is a BIG deal.. Turning off your SEO without re-directs properly in place will send people to LOTS of broken links (the ones that no longer exist because you turned off the SEO) so this has to be a HUGE priority for you..

I checked out all the links on my page I believe I properly set up all the redirects. I used the guide on the forum to uninstall it properly.

The main page takes a while too load at first and then it all comes up.

Not to beat a dead horse here, but I am not talking about whether the links on the store work now.. Did you test out the OLD pretty links your SEO mod generated?? Do they all re-direct properly???

I understood what you meant.. I am not seeing this however.. You will need to provide MORE details.. which browser are you using, what is your connection speed, Mac, PC, Tablet????? Lots of variables to replicate the issue you are having..

Here's some examples of broken links from your site.. This is as a result of uninstalling your SEO add-on.. (this is BAD!!)
    http://musclemotors.com/aem-power-c-71.html
    http://musclemotors.com/bosch-c-59.html

This is a SMALL sample I found via Google and the Wayback Machine.. If you look at your site's Google stats you are going to see a BOATLOAD of broken links. It may have been easy to shut off your SEO mod, and made it easy to migrate your site to v1.5, but what you left in the wake are broken links that no longer exist on your site.. This is a serious issue you have created, and you do not have a proper set of re-direct directives setup to mitigate the issue until Google figures out that your site isn't dead.. (and this may take a while)

What you have is dead links that do not resolve correctly and will give anyone stumbling upon those links the impression that your site is dead.. Anyone searching for Muscle Motors on the internet will also find nothing but dead links for any searches which include links to Muscle Motors..
    http://www.google.com/search?as_q=&a...pe=&as_rights=

You need to fix this unless you really do not care about being found on Google..

and HONESTLY IMHO this is a MUCH MORE IMPORTANT priority to address than fixing a performance issue that can't be replicated.. If no one can FIND your website, does it REALLY matter if it's performing poorly??

You said you are willing to learn what it takes to maintain this site.. Here's your chance to roll up your sleeves and fix this.. I'll give you a hint.. You need to Google "301 redirect htaccess".. You need to set up re-directs for this site so that all those broken links will resolve properly..

    Also
I just ran a file comparison with zencart 1.5 vs my sites zencart 1.5. and I dont see anything. Maybe I gotta try reuploading again. Maybe both time were bad.
