Sorry, but no. not without access to the php files. I think you should start searching for other thing first.
Your site starts with the <head> tag as it should. After that the <body> tag. Then your trouble starts, There is al lot of content that should be inside the <head> tag, but actually is in the <body> tag.
It looks like you broke some php files when you (or someone else). edited the files on your server.
