They're not in "files" per se. They're in the database.
Why are you asking? What business-problem are you trying to solve?

Sorry, where is the database file? I do not have cpanel/phpMyAdmin.

The best way to learn is to try stuff. But, back it up first.
Just edit the review yourself via Admin->Catalog->Reviews .... click on the entry to edit, and click the Edit button.
