i am unable to find the file(s) that contains the product reviews submitted by customers. I tried Tools->Developer Tool Kit but cannot find anything?

They're not in "files" per se. They're in the database.

Sorry, where is the database file? I do not have cpanel/phpMyAdmin.
I am trying to take out links posted in the product reviews.

Your host should have some equivalent tool to use for accessing your database.Sorry, where is the database file? I do not have cpanel/phpMyAdmin.Bumble Bee Template - my first contribution!
The best way to learn is to try stuff. But, back it up first.

Just edit the review yourself via Admin->Catalog->Reviews .... click on the entry to edit, and click the Edit button.
