I have looked on forums as well as google searches and unable to find a way for UPS to calculate for oversized packages. Example: I sell a fender which weighs 25 lbs with measurements of: 92" long x 20" tall x 7" wide. UPS requires this item to be charged oversize figure since the size is over their limit. When I go thru the check out it shows $17.66 for UPS Ground from our location in Kentucky to Beaver Dam, KY but when I key it into our UPS system to create the label it shows $40.29 for shipment.
How can I fix this issue? I do not like having to call a customer up to inform them that they shipment will cost nearly $25 more to ship also most of our customers are all email based customers.
Hope someone can help.
Thank You,
