Cannot take out weight displayed on products

I do not want the product weight to display in the #productDetailsList tag (In the description of each product.
I tried to turn this off in Admin area - Configuration > Product Listing > Display Product Weight There is nothing there that tells you to not display use 0 or nothing. I tried 0 I tried leaving blank and tried 1 then 2 then 3- no change.
(I am refreshing page after deleting cached files on multiple browsers)
I tried to find where the TEXT_PRODUCT_WEIGHT was coming from and I found about 20 files ie: english.php, attributes.php, tpl_document_product_info.php and many others.
If I want to remove the weight from the product page, which file would be the best one?

Admin - Catalog - Product Types - Edit Layout.

Each product type has its own settings for the product info page.

Thanks- That did the trick. What is the setting in Admin Configuration > Product Listing > Display Product Weight (and other things on this page) do?

The product listing is the listing of products you see when you click on a category. When you select one of those products, what you see is the product info page, which the settings I referenced affect.
