adding multiple "CATEGORIES" categories

Hi guys, I have no idea weather or not the thread title makes sense but I am trying to get the following example to work and your assistance would be hugely appreciated.

this is the site, if you can see where it has E-Cigarettes, this is what I renamed from Categories,

Now I need to make a few of those with their own sub-cats,

Is this possible?

Also while I'm here and you're looking , you will see some stars next to the categories, do you know how I can get those in line with the text to reveal the whole star as it is slicing them in half. :)

Hi there, I checked it out but it's not what I'm referring to, what I'm after is the big ones like where it has CATEGORIES - INFORMATION ...etc... basically a whole bunch of 'top' categories as opposed to a tree. does that make sense?

If you want each top category to have its own box, Categories Dressing can do that.
