Page not found after upgrade

I upgraded from 1.3.9h to 1.5.0 everything went fine except:

I use the more pages in the more information sidebox add on.

after the upgrade pages 5,6,7 are now page not found

The add on has not been upgraded but I really need those pages back.

using view source code for the links that work correctly I get:
<li><a href="http://www.genxcoffee.com/index.php?main_page=page_4">Terminology</a></li>

the link that does not work shows:
<li><a href="http://www.genxcoffee.com/index.php?main_page=FILENAME_PAGE_5">Coffee Recipes</a></li>

so how/ where do I change FILENAME_PAGE_5
to the correct just plain page_5?

Apparently you've deleted the defines for FILENAME_PAGE_5 etc.

Instead of editing the /includes/filenames.php file, you should create your own file for those defines in a place like /includes/extra_datafiles/my_custom_filenames.php
