Using 1.3 extensions on 1.5

Hey

I just installed my 1.5 ZenCart, and in process of customizing it. I noticed, that the extensions I would like to have (German and russian language packs, some look templates) are listed for version 1.3.x. Can I install these on my 1.5, or would it cause trouble?

I can only speak (write) about the German language pack.

I am in the process of checking if the pack (the UTF-8 version) is compatible with ZC 1.5 and, if necessary, submitting a new version.

If you are developing your site on a local server (not a live site) then you could consider to install the UTF-8 version of the pack on your development server. Please post your findings in the official German Language Pack thread.

Backup your development site first. If anything goes wrong you can always restore your backup.
