Unable to correctly view new free template

I downloaded one of the Zencart free templates (estoreNow). Unfortunately it is not looking like the one i see on the free site. The layout I have now, is similar to the default setting with a mixture of the estoreNow features, however there are missing features. I think i downloaded the template file correctly, however the other 4 files, (module, language, extra configures, classes) i did not upload which might be the reason for the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If some of the template package's folders/files did not upload correctly, of course the template is not going to work. Go back and try the upload again, and check that the uploaded files are the same size as the originals on your computer.

Copied over all the files, and there is a slight improvement, however i am still missing a few features. The one noticable feature is the redish maroon title bar which notes the Home, EZpages, Privacy notice etc. Any ideas on what i have forgot to do? THank you for help in advance.

Please see the site EstoreNow which i downloaded. I have made a few modifications to the layout to test some of the features with Zencart. However it seems some of the features from the download have not been transfered over like the red title banner. THe link to my zencart is. http://islandwindsbermuda.com/shop/

I haven't used that template, but if the bar you're referring to is the navEZPagesWrapper, you'll need to create the proper EZ pages and assign them to the header before they'll appear.

Will I have to go into the back end of Zencart and go to configuration/ezpages settings, and then select one of the applicable settings?
I was hoping that the red header listing would automatically showup when i copied over the template files etc..

You probably just need to make at least one ez-page which is enabled for the header, with a nonzero sort order. There are other settings that can affect it also, but that is the first thing to do.

Hi gjh42, Thank you for your help. In theory, are the free templates meant to upload exactly as one sees them in the display? If that is the case, then kind of strange that mine isnt working. I actually downloaded a few other free templates and getting the same similar results.
