The sess_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx files are for session handling, and are not related to your database problem. They're not debug logs either.

Your database error message is a result of Zen Cart being unable to connect to your database using the settings in your configure.php file.
You'll need to fix the configure.php files to use the correct DB_XXXXXXXXXX values, or work with your hosting company to determine why you can no longer connect to the database with the credentials you're using.

    Hello,
I checked my config files and reinstalled everything. I drop my new data and imported my old data to the new installing but I am still getting the same error. Do you have any other suggestions? I already contacted my hosting company and they claim they repaired everything on their end and there's no error in the database (I'm using Hostgator).

Perhaps your site is on a server that's overloaded and too busy.

You will need to sort out the problem by talking to your hosting company. THEY are the ones you need to talk to.

Just to backup what DrByte has told you, this is almost certainly a result of the server being overloaded.

If it were a configuration issue then the problem will be evident *all* the time.

    Cheers
