Default breadcrumbs for ezpage suddenly has a category name in it

Very bizarre but the site has inserted the first top category name in the breadcrumbs for the ezpage. The other ezpages are links to other pages so this is the first one with content in it.

I don't see how in the world this is possible. I uploaded the default file init_add_crumbs.php in case something had gone wrong in the upgrade a long time ago.

I checked the html in the page in case there was some sort of contributing problem and I don't see it.

    How can this be happening?

We might be able to spot something if we could see the site.

I'm guessing that a smart place to start would be a search for $cPath and $cPath_array in all the files you've added or altered.

Again, anytime something doesn't work properly after customizing things, the best approach is to review everything you've changed and/or added. Comparing everything against original code files is the most efficient way to narrow down the source of the problem.

That at least gives me a place to start looking. Thanks!
