Need to add nav from my website to ZC header

Im not sure if I can post links, I think I can.

Im trying to put the header and navigation from this page into my ZC header: http://www.spartanleathers.com/main/test/test.php

It uses specific CSS and Javascript, which have all their associated libraries, and, well, my PHP skills are so poor, that it makes me do this:
