Could someone please tell me if I need this file:
"myadmin"/includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/onlyFor139.php
I am running ZC 1.50 new install (not upgraded)...Is it safe to remove this file or should I just leave well enough alone?

You can delete it. If you look at the contents of the file, it says so. :)
