Can automatically installd 1.5.0 zc database be replaced with 1.3.8a database?

When a zc site is installed from scratch, using automatic installers of hosing companies, can the automatically installed 1.5.0 database be replaced with 1.3.8a database? IF it can be, how it is done with which options in phpmyadmin? If somebody had asked it, pls forgive me.

If you have installed v1.5.0 (automatically or manually), you cannot use a v1.3.8a database with it as is. You can drop the tables from the new v1.5.0 database, import the v1.3.8a db and upgrade it in zc_install to v1.5.0. This is a standard part of an upgrade path. See the tutorials and forum discussions on upgrading.

If you have an automatic installation, you will need to get the db information from the installer, which may or may not be easy... it probably depends on the particular installer.

Also, an important part needed for a database upgrade is not included with most automatic installs. Without the zc_install folder, the database upgrade is nearly impossible.

Fortunately you can upload the zc_install folder yourself.
