    Default Uppercase problem

    Hello.

    When I'm looking on the "New Products" or "All Products" pages, I see all my products in uppercase. Also on my main page, I have "New Products for...." and all of the products are in uppercase letters.

    When I browse by categories - it's OK.

    I do not have Featured\Special products, so it doesn't really matter .

    Is there a way to fix this?
    it's both in English and French.

    Thanks!

    Find these sections in your css
    http://picspick.com/includes/templat...lesheet_tm.css
    (line 98ish) and comment out the

    text-transform: uppercase; piece of the following declarations

    like so

    .product a strong {
    color: #########3D;
    font-size: 12px;
    font-weight: 700;
    line-height: normal;
    text-decoration: none;
    /* text-transform: uppercase;
    */ }

    Hey,

    Thanks for your reply.

    I commented out every "uppercase" string in this .css file, but it was still the same issue (so I put everything back the way it was before)

    do you have any other thoughts?

    Thanks!!

    Umm when i tested in Dragonfly (firebug equivalent in Opera) those changes worked,

    You did refresh your browser pages and clear your cache etc after commenting those bits out?

    try putting this at the very bottom of that stylesheet

    .product a strong {
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    and just so we are clear, you are talking about pages like this

    http://picspick.com/index.php?main_page=products_new

    where it say ANACONDA etc

    and let me know what it does, and if possible leave the rule there so i can see it, if it doesn't work

    You were right.

    I guess I had a syntax issue when I ended the comment before the ";" .

    I tried it now, and it's working. without adding the line at the bottom.

    Thanks again for being so helpful !!
