Requirements:

• PSiGate Account
• cURL must be compiled into PHP
• SSL Certificate
• TCP port 7934 open for production use
• TCP port 7989 open for test/development use

This contrib replaces the prior PsiGate API that i released. That module will no longer be supported. This new interface connects into the new PSiGate XML processing interface.

Data is put into XML and sent securely to the gateway, and then the module parses the XML responses for approval and stores them in a separate database table.

The module supports 2 store id's (one for CAD currency, the other for USD currency) and automatically sends the correct store id based upon the currency that your customer has selected during the checkout process (assuming you support multiple currencies on your store).

Future development will include displaying the data stored in the database on the admin order page, and e-checks once psigate begins to support it on their gateway.

This module was quite a learning experience - i spent several days reading up on xml and php parsing, and have learned a whole ton. I thought my head was going to explode at one point ;)

the correct value is show in the final checkout page but the incorrect value is passed to psi gate. Any idea what causes this ?

the cost of the product is always sent as the canadian price.


Example:

So if the total was 54.99 CAD and the person selected USD Currency (58.99 USD)

then the price is sent as 54.99 USD.

any idea why its not passing the right values ?

I am stuck with integrating the PSI gate module. Could someone explain step by step as to where I should download it and how I should proceed with the completion. Please help.

I found the PSI gate module designed by Jason Le Baron for Zencart version 1.2.2. I have installed the latest Zencart version 1.3.8. I am wondering if it will not pose a problem integrating the PSI module 1.2.2 with the latest zencartversion. And do I download it in the /includes folder in the main directory or /includes/templates/Slovak?

Can anybody explain how to pass a xml data to Psigate test server?
I am new to this xml API.

I just want to create a test application to check how to do credit card processing using Psigate.
After that we are planning to subscribe the psigate's service.
Experts please help.

Hi, I just learned that this module does not charge the CAD accoutn correctly if the USD is the default account on the website. At this time it looks like I am crediting my customers with a few dollars on every CAD transaction because this module converts the CAD to USD and that's how it sends it to PSIGate - CAd account, so I am always loosing.

IS there a solution for this?
