Why can't I show multiple images?

Lost on how to show multiple images for my products ( j ibadoo.com.au) - I've done the _01 naming thing but still nothing except the original image on the product info page - help?

What product did you add the images to ?

1) Check what this is set to
Admin->Catalog->Product Types->Product General->Edit Layout->Show Additional Images

2) Provide a link to a product page where additional images should be showing, and tell us the name of the product image

3) are you sure the images are named correctly in cluding the filetype extension being in the same case, for instance

these will work
image.jpg
image_1.jpg

these will work
image.JPG
image_1.JPG

These wont (note different cases of file extension)

Stevesh - I added the products to the 'fire alarm' skirt - the image file that is showing is 'red.JPG' and I've put another file in the same directory called 'red_01.JPG', but it doesn't appear anywhere.

The item not showing up is the 'red_01.JPG'
3) Yup, in both cases the red is in lower case and the .JPG is in upper case. The joiner thing is an underscore (not dash), and the 01 is numeric not O the letter (not sure if that would have made any difference)

I have a stock by attribute add-on installed, not sure if that would make any difference.

In the main images file, ie. public_html/j ibadoo.com.au/images. Both the 'red.JPG' and the 'red_01.JPG' files are in there.

I'll confirm both images are there, although neither image is optimised, I wonder if that would cause the additional images script to time out?

Ive never found naming the second image with a 1 worked.

So Ive always done red.jpg, red2.jpg, red3.jpg.

Make sure your image names are all in the same sentence case (jpg vs JPG)

This hasn't worked

I've renamed the files to red.jpg and red2.jpg, still no luck.

nigelt74 I've just downloaded an image optimiser, I'll see how that goes.

I've now done the whole med and lge images thing as follows:

in the main images file, I now have the main file in
images/pettiskirt/red.jpg (also have red2.jpg in here)
images/large/pettiskirt/red_LGE.jpg (also have red2_LGE.jpg)
images/medium/pettiskirt/red_MED.jpg (also have red2_MED.jpg)

I still can't see red2 anywhere

Any ideas???
