Some issues with moving site up one level

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help out with this. When developing the site I had it in http://www.apdrp.net/store/ . I then moved it up one level to http://www.apdrp.net/ . For the most part it worked but some of the links don't work or take the user back to the correct page but in http://www.apdrp.net/store/ , eg, the "Have you seen..." on the RHS. And the "Manufacturers Info" link tries to open up http://www.apdrp.net/www.apdrp.net .

Is there something I'm missing?
