I have a code problem

In the menu bar of the site the word HEADER appears before the word Product example , HEADER_NEW_PRODUCT, HEADER_SPECIALS, and HEADER_FEATURED_PRODUCT, i am new to programming but i guess its something that i have defined to appear in the menu bar, can anyone help by directing me to the location of this code or advise me how to make it disappear,
