Changing header image?

I've read through the manual and still don't grasp how to change the zencart header to my own image. help please!

Are you trying to change the header on the store or the admin?

I'm trying to replace the entire main bar with a 595px logo header in jpg format.

Got the header image changed, but now I got a new problem...it's displaying the alternate image text...go to www.scruffybear.ca to see what I mean...Any ideas on how to get fix it?
