Please help.. I have seen all the threads concerning this issue. I have confirmed all the settings in email options - verified email address, customer account settings, etc.. but i don't see customer approval authorization email message being created.. I create an account - it will be set to pending authorization - the admin does not receive any email requesting authorization from a customer.. When i manually set it to approved does not generate any email either..
Any help is greatly appreciated...
Any other info required, please let me know..
