Customer authorization email - not getting generated..

Please help.. I have seen all the threads concerning this issue. I have confirmed all the settings in email options - verified email address, customer account settings, etc.. but i don't see customer approval authorization email message being created.. I create an account - it will be set to pending authorization - the admin does not receive any email requesting authorization from a customer.. When i manually set it to approved does not generate any email either..

Any help is greatly appreciated...

Any other info required, please let me know..

If you enable/get email archive then you can see if ZenCart is creating the emails
Once created and passed to the mail server, ZenCarts job is done

Thanks for replying.. The email archive manager add on is added.. i reviewed it and the email is not getting generated - the initial welcome mail is sent - when the red button is clicked the email is not sent to the customer.. The email is not seen in zen_cart..

guessing you are asking for more info - zen cart info 1.5 - server info below - The email is not generated.. I have viewed the archive manager- When the red button is pressed, the email needs to be sent out saying the customer is authorized..

Except for newsletter subscription and email manager archive i don't see any other add on..

options below.. i have tried all - (php, sendmail, sendmail-f, smtpauth) none of them works..
