help question Wrong URL after transfer

    Hello,

I thought I had transferred my site to another hosting successfully. Though now I see that all Order Now buttons are linked to unknown URL (while all other site pages are working fine).

Ex, my site url is www.site.com , order now buttons should be linked to www.site.com/?products_id=5192&action=buy_now , though they are linked to unknown IP address: http://100.63.76.238/?products_id=5162&action=buy_now

Where can I change this? Thank you.

The correct instructions for transferring are: http://tutorials.zen-cart.com/index.php?article=100
Looks like you've got an IP address in your HTTP_SERVER settings instead of properly having a domain name.

I checked both conf files and they are good.

The site was transferred to a temp domain, so I'm using IP address as HTTP_SERVER, but my ip is not what I see as a link in the Order Now buttons.

I searched for the "new" address in the database, it isn't there...

If an IP address is showing up anywhere, it's because you put it there.
You'll need to find out what exactly you did.
