renamed admin folder after upgrading

I've just upgraded 1.3 to 1.5. In 1.3 I had renamed my admin folder. After upgrading a new admin folder was installed called zc_admin. I can log into both the old and new admin area, but when I log into the admin area in the zc_admin path the 2nd menu bar does not exist. How can I fix this so I can use the new admin folder after renaming it?

If your "upgrade" suddenly created a new admin folder named "zc_admin", then it sounds like you used some sort of 3rd-party upgrade method that's not a recommended approach.
