Options missing from admin panel

Hello,

I recently started to manage a zen-cart eshop and i have to change the shipping settings and propably to remove the estimate cost popup. I read the way to do that but i can't find the Configuration button! I attach below the options menu of my admin panel. I don't know what to do...

That is not the standard option bar. There is a lot missing. How did you install your Zen Cart?

Another programmer installed this zen card and now i have to manage this but i don't know the way! How can i restore the button that missing?

They've probably installed an addon such as Admin Profiles, which limits the options based on the login username.

A similar feature, although more advanced, is built-in to v1.5.0. However, it's implemented very differently from a technical level.

If you have the top-level user's login name and password, you should be able to manage all the menu permissions using it.

Thank you for your help i will ask for it. Is there any way to change the shipping cost through php code in case i do't find the codes for the top-level admin panel?
