Hi All

I am newish to Zen Cart, but have dug through forum posts in the hope of finding the solution to this problem and Realex have suggested posting here as it is not an issue which needs any attention at their end ?

Site is working perfectly with one exception

Orders placed give an order ID which is generated by Zen cart, i have updated this through admin to start from 1200 but when orders are placed, although the correct number appears on all e-mails to the customer, when we log into our realex interface the order is displayed in a different format such as 20120315104707-608 which apart from being the date the order was placed on bears no other relevance to the order ID generated by Zen Cart?

this problem does not affect the site functioning, but does present us with issues tracking or refunding orders etc ?
