Admin Profiles

I've added a second user to admin profiles. Setting it up and checking the boxes for the initial settings works fine but when I go back to make changes to the boxes I've checked the changes won't save. I click the update button and it takes me to the Admin Home page. I go back to admin profiles and check for my changes and they are not there.

Apache 2.2.22, PHP Version: 5.2.17, MySQL 5.1.56
