Default site not recognizing customer login after migrating to GoDaddy host

hi I recently migrated my site to godaddy and i have been having some issues due to the migration. the main issue is that when i try to test my site by logging in as a customer it acts like it has logged in but really hasnt.

for example I put in my customer username and password and it redirects as necessary but I am still not logged in the link at the top still says log in and no log in is recognized.

please help i cannot get new customers until this is resolved

    Welcome to GoDaddy...

Only advice I can give you is to move to a different host. There are plenty of affordable hosts that support zen cart fully. GoDaddy is not one of them.

    Simplest and most effective solution:

    Move to another host

I would agree about finding a new host, but if that isn't possible, post a link to the site so we can see the problem for ourselves.

    Hey warroyo90,

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.

Can you still log in to the Admin section? If you can you may need to slightly alter your configuration (per this post http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=37465)

"Go to ADMIN... CONFIGURATION... SESSIONS... RECREATE SESSIONS... set this to FALSE."

If this does not work, is there a way you can share your configuration so we can take a further look? (note: please remove any passwords or sensitive information before sharing configuration)

Um ... WARNING... That will leave your site vulnerable to security problems.

Gabe... as my colleague fairestcape says:
    http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpo...5&postcount=10

Now you go about posting bad advice on this forum.

Is in not good enough for you that you offer bad hosting? You have to come here to give bad advice too?
