Default Modify "Add to Cart" button

I'd like my "Add to Cart" button to be slightly larger, red in color, and I'd like one at the top and bottom of the product.

    Thank you!

Unless you are using CSS buttons, the button lives in a folder in your over-ride templates setup

    includes/templates/YOUR-TEMPLATE/buttons/english/button_in_cart.gif

The "add to cart" section can (in theory) be replicated on the product info page. You simply COPY the "add to cart" section in tpl_product_info_display.php, and PASTE it under a location of your choice...

... BUT... it is not a good idea to do this if you are also incorporating the QUANTITY CHOICE input field in that area. And the reason is that as this is part of the general <form> element of the page, only ONE of those quantity input fields will be considered - the final one.

In practice, a user could input that they want 15 items in the TOP input box... then scroll down... then click the SECOND "Add To Cart" button. If they don't change the value in the quantity field in THAT area as well (to 15), then when they add the product to the cart, it will show only 1 item - not 15...

I'll probably modify the button using css.
As long as it's easier to spot, I don't see a need for it to be on top and bottom.

    ??? How ?

Your current button is a GIF IMAGE:

All you need to do is create a DIFFERENT / NEW gif image of that name, and load it to your server...
