has this been specialy coded

one of my suppliers has this as there paypal paymaent page has it been custom coded

instead of the order total it just says that you will be able to see your order details before you pay I ask cause i get alot of phone calls about discount coupons I offer not showing till they are retuned to the site. I.ve already edited the shopping cart page just thinking belt and braces.

No I doubt it's custom-coded; instead it appears that it's likely using a much older technology to process the transaction.
