Customize log in page

I could use some advice. I cannot figure out how to customize some particular text on my customer log in page. Here is the page: http://conversationsacrossborders.or...ain_page=login

What I want to change is the section under "New Customers."

I am able to change the text of both sections using my custom english file. But what I would like to do is get rid of the Paypal text, and the <hr>, and the "Or" (which is the biggest problem at the moment because I cannot figure out where it is) and just ask all customers to create an account.

I appreciate any help.

I don't see any Paypal text or an 'or' on the page you referenced. Did you have Admin - Configuration - Layout settings - Use Split-Login page set to true ?

Yes it is set to true.

The Paypal text I am referring to only shows up when a customer is checking out but has not logged in.

Starts with: "Have a PayPal account? Want to pay quickly with a credit card? " Then I've edited it a bit.

You can remove the text by editing the defines in includes/languages/english/login.php and remove the <hr /> in tpl_login_default.php.

Which zc version are you running?

Have you turned off PPEC button in admin or used code to restrict use of PPEC?

These threads may be of interest, although I am not convinced the problem has been fixed.
