help question Trying to find where auto generated message is located

When a customer places an order, I receive a copy of an auto-generated message that is sent to them. It says -

    -----------------------------------
    Thank you for your inquiry.

We have received your email and will respond within 24 hours.
    -----------------------------------

This is obviously wrong, and I need to correct it but I don't know where the message is coming from.

I tried finding it using my Developer's Tool Kit, and I also went through several .php files hoping to find where to edit it with no luck.

Can someone point me in the right direction so that I can address this.

Thanks so much for your continued support. I really appreciate it.

No part of that message shows up in the DTK in my stock test site, so it must be coming from some mod you've installed. What have you added that has to do with emails ?

Hey Steve, good to see you on here again. I'm looking at my modules, not seeing it. Just Image Handler, E-Z Populate, Google Merchant Center Feed, Magic Zoom Plus, Sitemap XML, Uri Mapping - that's all I'm finding. I'll keep poking around, at least you gave me a starting point.

Thanks for the help, as always.

It's probably an auto-responder you've set up in your email account settings on your email server, and what you're seeing is the auto-responder's reply to the admin-copy-of-the-order-confirmation-email sent to you by your store.

I should have said that, but I know strugglignovice is an experienced Zenner now, so I figured she had thought of that already .

Struggling Notice has HORRIBLE comprehension skills. If it weren't for all of you, my shop would not be up and running. But it is, and for that I'm forever grateful, and especially to you Steve who have guided me so often on this journey.
