Can I edit the name of a link under the "Categories" sidebar?

I have a category folder that contains several products. I wish to edit the original name of the category folder. Can this be done without deleting the entire folder and starting over? Thanks

I'm not sure I understand exactly, but you can edit anything about a category (or a product, for that matter) by clicking the green 'E' at the right of the row for the category you want to change.
