I have searched but i'm going round and round in circles

This is what i'm trying to add

Zone rates. UK 3.95 rotw 7.95 (working fine)
Free postage any country over £200 (working fine)
UK Express Delivery (to show uk buyers only & not give option to those overseas). This is not fine & im going to throw the computer out of the window very soon

I've cloned the Flat Rate (something i've done before & it works fine) & set it up as UK Express Delivery

I've read all the posts about zones, setting up zones, zone definitions etc & followed the instructions.

UK Express works fine until i add the UK option in the Shipping Zone. The button is yellow (ive read it can be) but when i try & go through checkout this isn't an option & it goes back to zones.

I've tried turning zone shipping off but that makes no difference.

In Zone defanitions the status of UK is green & is set to UK, GB

Any other advice most gratefully received
