Since upgrading to V1.5 we've been using Zone Rates (the contribution we were using hasn't been upgraded).
Things have been fine until an overseas customer made and order that is too heavy to ship via Royal Mail where the limit is 2KG to where they live.
We got this in the order confirmation: Zone Rates (The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time) which I think means that the order is too heavy to ship.
I'd (wrongly) assumed that the module would simply say - sorry your order is too heavy. I realise that you can configure a maximum order weight that you are prepared to ship. The problem is that for UK that weight is much higher than is possible for international orders.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can continue to ship heavier orders for the UK and limit international orders to 2Kg?
