    Default Callback URL needed for WorldPay gateway

    I'm trying to find out why when a customer uses my site i receive the WorldPay payment but the order doesn't process properly. The goods stay in the cart and the order is incomplete. It works fine when I use PayPal.

    I've been told this means i add a new callback URL.

    Originally one company set up the site and a 2nd company took over generally maintaining the site and setting up the online shop. Neither company can help with the callback URL and I've spoken to WorldPay and they say contact Zen Cart.

    Can anyone help with please? It's taken 2 months to get this far and it's driving me mad. I don't know anything about this kind of stuff and the 2 companies responsible are blaming each other.

    I'd really appreciate the help please. Thanks very much.

    Hi Jenna

    If you could PM me with your store admin details I could compare to a site which is using WorldPay without the problems you have mentioned.

    That said I've just been made aware of some forthcoming WorldPay changes about to come into force, which could affect everyone!

    ==========
    We recently sent you an email about changes to our Payment Service which may
    affect your connection with WorldPay.

    Please read the below information carefully and where appropriate, make the
    necessary changes by 30 April 2013 to continue to connect to our Payment
    Service.

    Failure to make these changes could mean that you are unable to process
    payments through WorldPay.

    What changes do I need to make?

    . If your system receives automatic updates from WorldPay when
    shoppers make payments on your website or by telephone and you choose to
    restrict domain names, please ensure that you are using the following domain
    names:

    *.outbound.worldpay.com
    *.worldpay.com

    . If you use IP addresses instead of domain names to submit http,
    XML or Remote Administration requests to WorldPay, please change your
    connection to use domain-name-based URLs instead.

    If you use HTML form posts:

    Test environment:
    https://secure-test.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase
    <https://secure-test.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase%20>

    Production environment:
    https://secure.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase
    <https://secure.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase%20>

    If you use XML requests:

    Test environment:
    https://secure-test.worldpay.com/jsp...entService.jsp
    <https://secure-test.worldpay.com/jsp/merchant/xml/paymentService.jsp>

    Production environment:
    https://secure.worldpay.com/jsp/merc...entService.jsp
    <https://secure.worldpay.com/jsp/merchant/xml/paymentService.jsp>

    If you use Remote Administration:

    Test environment:
    https://secure-test.worldpay.com/wcc/iadmin
    <https://secure-test.worldpay.com/wcc/iadmin%20>

    Production environment:
    https://secure.worldpay.com/wcc/iadmin
    <https://secure.worldpay.com/wcc/iadmin%20>

    . If your website or internet connection is restricted, you will
    need to speak to your technical contacts that control your Domain Name
    Service (DNS). Please check that they are aware of the above information,
    refresh the DNS cache and confirm that references to rbsworldpay.com and
    wp3.rbsworldpay.com are replaced with worldpay.com.

    Why do I need to make these changes?

    WorldPay is making a significant investment in product development, next
    generation technology and expanding our global market coverage.

    As part of this investment, we are upgrading our platform to a new data
    centre in 2013 and will be changing some of the IP addresses from which we
    send updates.

    Who should I contact if I have questions?

    If you would like more information on how your WorldPay account could be
    affected by these changes, please contact our Technical Support team on +44
    (0)870 366 1233 selecting option 5 for Technical Support, or email
    [email protected].

    Thank you for your support.

    ==========

    In the mean time I hope I can help

    Regards
