Default Need Help with UPS Shipping Add-On

    Hey Guys,

I added the UPS Shipping Module:

    UPS United Parcel Service
Last Updated by: Zen Cart Team Jul 08 2011 v1.5.0 v1.5

from the add-ons section of the site. At first it was working great with the items I was adding in our electronics section which is being shipped by our vendor in NY. I did not know that it was going to disable the flat rate shipping we use with another vendor we have in Calif.

    Here is my problem.

The UPS module is now working still with our electronics section (our NY vendor) because I set the zip code to theirs. But it is charging 12 dollars or more for shipping on items like a baseball cap which has a defined weight of 0.50 and on calculation shows it as 4.00 pounds.

How do I allow the system to use the flat rate shipping on the hat and other associated items that come from that vendor, and use the UPS shipping module for the NY vendor.

Please help the store has to be taken offline until this is corrected and I am concerned that I may drive away consumers by this crazy shipping issue. I will leave the site up for a little while so those of you who may be able to help can look at it.

    The URL is: store.bbiclan.com

To the best of my knowledge, there's no way to specify more than one shipping source in a stock Zencart installation. You may need to search the Web for ceon advanced shipping.

    Okay TY stevesh

BTW, how do I get the products expected to function? I click on it in the admin > catalog > products expected, it opens, but does not show me an add product button.

That's because it's based on actual products.
Use the normal add/edit product screen, and set the product's availability date to be a future date.
