Because of the configuration issue... Try fixing that or something near that. Look at the code carefully and establish the errors.

What code Schoolboy? He's just posting a link to his site on Facebook.

No idea why its doing that, other than its a cached issue and will take a while to clear. If your site has only just come out of setup mode, then it may be a DNS issue which will sort itself out eventually.
