Paypal paymant NOT full amont. Please help.

Hello, This payment was sent in Canadian Dollars converted to USD. The problem is The customer paid $97.03 CAD. But I only received $87.00 USD (before fees)


I should have been paid more than $87.00. Paypal took their fee out of the $87.00. Where did the rest of the money go? Am I missing something here? ^_^;
