Zencart does not work on just HTML. It uses PHP and a MYSQL database.

What are you trying to do?

what i mean is the plain area and the other is gone when i upgrade my zencart to 1.5

You need to give more information. What do you mean by "plain area". What is your website address?

http://oitem.com/ the plain text in the admin the other option disappeared i think its html text, its a 1.5 zen cart version

The HTMLArea editor was removed from version 1.5 - you need to install this: http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1098

Start by reading the readme file included in the installation package. All the instructions are there.
