Seperate pricing per customer per order

I don't believe dual pricing module is what i need as I need about 20 levels of different pricing. My client has 20 customers he wants individual pricing on each item for. Group pricing is seemingly what I would need, but no, he doesn't give them discount %, he gives them whatever price he comes up with for that individual.

What I need to be able to do is somehow create Customer 1 group, Customer 2 group, all the way through 20, and then on each product be able to set up Product - price per customer 1, price per customer 2, price per customer 3.... for each item. I think. Can zencart do this? He was told that Magento could but he doesn't like magento because it's too slow. OSCart may, but I don't want to use it, I like zencart, I understand zencart, I want to use zencart!

Any ideas guys?

Only work around I can think of it to literally have 20 stores and give a different url to each customer, which is ridiculous.

ETA: client wants no price to show up without logging in, and that customer's price to show up to them once logged in

I need each customer to have their own unique price based on their log in. I wish someone could find a solution.
