We basically sell a club card, that gives the buyer 10% off purchases. However, I would like to exclude some product that are already heavily discounted. Is there a way to do that? Thank you.

You haven't given any details about how this works. Does your club card enable group pricing with 10% off? What Zen Cart mechanism are you using to implement your discount?
