    Most likely your /includes/configure.php (and /YOUR_ADMIN/includes/configure.php) files contain the settings for your hosted configuration. For your localhost installation, create a directory named /includes/local -- the /YOUR_ADMIN/includes/local already exists, I'm pretty sure) and then copy/edit the respective configure.php files so that they contain your local database and directory structure.

    Remember NOT to copy those configure.php files to your hosted location!

    You might also have an .htaccess file that adds/removes the www from your website name ... that would wind up redirecting you to your hosted location, too.

    1) Create the directory /includes/local and copy the file /includes/configure.php into it.
    2) Edit the file /includes/local/configure.php to contain your localhost configuration. Here's a copy of one of my v1.5.0 localhost files:
    Code:
    <?php

    3. Copy the file /YOUR_ADMIN/includes/configure.php to /YOUR_ADMIN/includes/local/configure.php.

    Check your settings in the admin version, change

    define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/C:\xampp\htdocs');

    to

    define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');

    In your /includes/local/configure.php file, change

    define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/C:\xampp\htdocs');
    define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/C:\xampp\htdocs');

    to

    define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/');
    define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');

    That's because "localhost" means "the computer I'm sitting at right now". So, when you go to ANOTHER computer, "localhost" means THAT computer, not the one you're running Zen Cart on.
