Default Images are not updating after being uploaded to my Site... Help!

Disclaimer: I am very very new to Zencart.

My Problem: I wanted to change the always-free-shipping.gif that was built into the theme that I am using, so I uploaded my replacement image (an identically named gif) to the images folder in my template's subdirectory, overwriting the old file. However, when I refresh the page, the original image still loads, except it is compressed into the dimensions of the new image that I uploaded.

I though it could be a browser cache/cookies issue, but ruled that out. Any ideas what this could be? Here is an example of this on my site: http://www.micr-depot.com/index.php?...&products_id=1

Also, I should mention that I am using Cloudflare with this site... though I have already cleared the Cloudflare Cache and the issue persists.

    Thanks in advance!

Have you put cloudflare into "development mode"?? I am using this service and noticed similarly to you that if I dont enable dev mode, old images will appear.

    1. Close your website in browser
    2. Clear your browser cache
    3. Clear the cloudflare cache
    4. Set dev mode in cloudflare
    5. Load up your site, use CTRL + F5 to refresh

Do you still see the old image?

I see the attached image from your site. It also looks stretched out to me, so either css or some code is telling it to display width="225" height="15"

Okay, I also asked a question similar to this a day ago. My situation was that changes to the css file was not being reflected in the browser. I know that I can clear the cache of my browser, but my customers won't as they don't know when changes are made. I think I found the solution to force the browser to reupload the files.

Change the name of your css stylesheet. Add a number at the end like "1" and the browser will show all updates.

Let me know if that worked.
