Check Out Process - Two questions

I hope someone will be so gracious as to help me with two questions about the check out process :

Step 2 -Payment Information Page - Is there a way to require the customer to click the terms link before enabling them to tick the acceptance check box?

Step 3 - Order Confirmation - Shopping Cart Contents - Is it possible to show the thumbnail of the products in addition to the qty?

re step 2 - you could hide the acceptance checkbox and submit button with javscript or css and only show it once the terms has been clicked, you might need to make the terms in a modal box or pop-up though otherwise the page will have to reload when they go back and the button and checkbox would be hidden again :)

step 3 - in my version of 1.5 when you check the shopping cart contents the thumbnail is already there. Are you sure the images that should be shown actually exist?

The images are present when reviewing the shopping cart. I was referring to the product list at the confirmation step of check out page. Would like the image to show along with the quantity and price. ;)
