My paypal button doesn't go anywhere. Neither does my paypal icon

My paypal button doesn't go anywhere. Neither does my paypal icon. The gif isn't a link. If I click the radio button it moves on to the confirmation page and then comes back to the payment page.

I use paypal payment pro.
I have chosen both
PayPal Website Payments Pro (USA) (sandbox active) PayPal 1 Processing
PayPal Express Checkout via Payflow Pro (sandbox active) PayPal Info

Sorry, but I'm not understanding what you mean by "My paypal button doesn't go anywhere. Neither does my paypal icon."
What exactly are you trying to do? What are you expecting to happen? on what screen? how do you get to that screen?

I am using fast and easy checkout. On my checkout page,

under Step 2 - Payment Information there is a choice between credit card information, Paypal and money order.
My host is in the UK. I am in the US. I received an ALERT: PayPal Express Checkout Error (26) 26 Invalid vendor account - Invalid vendor account
I had set up both PayPal Website Payments Pro (USA) and PayPal Express Checkout via Payflow Pro. I pay for Payments Pro with Paypal. Paypal said that I needed to download express checkout from: https://www.x.com/developers/paypal/...t-api#concepts. Is it because my host is in the UK that I can' sent it up on Paypal Express? Does the zen-cart module ever come with PayPal Express? Am I trying to use the UK version?
