We are a gift company where customers are entering different shipping addresses than the billing around 90% of the time.
The problem is that PayPal can only receive a single address from the payment module, and that has to be the billing address otherwise the payments wont go though. This causes another problem in that if you ship to any other address other than the billing address, you are not covered by PayPal if the customer decides to do a claim back.
Is there any way what so ever around this? Or an alternative to PayPal that will allow us to send 2 addresses? I have sent PayPal a long email detailing the problem, quoting several of DrBytes responses, hopefully they will fix the problems.
Anyone else with this problem?
