Auth Only

Have paypal express installed ...set it to auth only
getting this error.

Immediate pay supported only in Sale action.
Immediate pay supported only in Sale action. Not supported in Order and
Authorization.

does this mean auth only doesnt work with paypal express
what could be the cause

im trying to authorize the card but not capture until we ship

just got off the phone with paypal says this functionality is most definately supported

very helpful
they suggested i change the value of "Allow eCheck?"
to "Any"
will see if this fixes the problem and report back

indeed it was indeed the echeck setting
FYI set this to "Any" for auth only
seem to work like a charm
